Stunning florals, elegant designs, unique sentiments, and more. This complete crafting bundle featuring the Dreams Come True stamp, die, stencil, and embossing folder release is full of beautiful inspiring designs to add to your craft room so you can create amazing paper crafting projects. Whether you enjoy card making, scrapbooking, or journaling, this bundle has something for you!

My first card features the Educators Rule Stamp & Die Bundle along with the Creative Edges: Notebook Die. I absolutely love this set!

To create my card, I stamped the the pencil and eraser images from the Educators Rule Stamp Set onto Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock using the exact recommended ink colors in the layout stamp packaging of the set. This made my job so much easier- I would highly recommend using the suggested ink colours if you want to create the same effect as depicted in the packaging. For the pencils themselves, I picked an ink slightly darker (or lighter) to act as the other coordinating shade in the pencil barrel and then stamped away with the help of my MISTI Stamping Tool. Once that was done, I used the coordinating die to cut out the pencils.

Next, for my card background, I pulled out a ledger patterned paper from a very old My Mind's Eye Paper Pad and randomly stamped the 'A+' sentiment on the background using Crimson ink. Then, I die-cut Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock and the patterned paper using the Creative Edges: Notebook Die to get that classic notebook page look, complete with perforation lines. Once that was done, I adhered the two layers together using Craft Glue.

I then stamped the apple onto a piece of White Cardstock using the Red Sunset Oval Dye Ink Set and cut out the image using the coordinating die, before popping it to my panel using foam tape.

Next, for my greeting, I used the large and cursive “teacher” from the Educators Rule Stamp Set. I stamped it using Obsidian Pigment Ink onto Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock and then die-cut the image using the coordinating die. I also die-cut the sentiment from White Foam and adhered the layers together with Craft Glue for depth. Once that was done, I adhered the pencils clustered around the stamped sentiment using Craft Glue, then added a sentiment strip from Educators Rule, stamped on a strip of White Cardstock using Obsidian Pigment Ink and popped up using foam tape.

I then adhered the card panel to a top-folding A2- white card base using tape runner. I finished the design with some sparkling Antique Gold - Sequins to embellish.

My next card features the Wispy Joy Stamp & Die Bundle along with the Detailed Web Cover Die and the Mini Delight: Petite Reverie Stamp & Die Set.

I started off my card by stamping the Altenew Wispy Joy Stamp Set onto Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock. I used Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink for the outlines and then Altenew Warm and Cozy and Rose Petal Crisp Dye Inks for the layers of the flowers, and for the leaves, I used Altenew Tropical Forest Crisp Dye Inks. I stamped the flower centers using Orange Cream Crisp Dye Ink and then die-cut the stamped images using the coordinating dies.

Next, to create my card background, I debossed a panel of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock  using the Detailed Web Cover Die in my Platinum 6" Die Cutting Machine, then used the Jet Black Ink Spray to add some splatters on the background. Then, I die-cut a frame out of the top portion of the panel using the Layer 3 Die from the Precision Layering Mini Slimline A Etched Dies. Next, I die-cut White Glitter Foam and Citrine Cardstock using the Layer 3 and Layer 4 Dies from the Precision Layering Mini Slimline A Etched Dies, then offset the gold glitter die cut to create a shadow, before adding it to my card front. Once that was done, I die-cut Citrine Cardstock using the leafy branch die in the Virginia Rose 3D Die Set for some additional foliage and assembled the flowers and leaves around the frame using foam adhesive.

Next, on another piece of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock, I blended Orange Cream and Sunkissed inks with a Blending Brush to give the background panel more dimension. Next, I die-cut Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock  using the Detailed Web Cover Die and adhered it over the blended background panel using Craft Glue.

Then, to finish, I die-cut Black Glitter Cardstock and White Foam using the 'Thanks' die included in the Mini Delight: Petite Reverie Die Set, and adhered the layers together with Craft Glue, for depth. Next, I stamped the rest of the sentiment from the Castle Garden Stamp Set onto a strip of White Cardstock using Obsidian Pigment Ink and adhered it on my panel using foam adhesive

Once that was done, I adhered my card panel a top-folding A2 white card base using tape runner.

Gift Bag & Notecards | Photo Tutorial

Hi, crafty friends!
I'm posting after a short hiatus on my blog :D
Today, I have a very quick and easy tutorial to share for making a beautiful card pouch. I really had a lot of fun creating this. My son has a male class teacher & coming up with a gift for him for Teachers' Day was quite a challenge as I usually tend to create quite feminine project, so I was pretty happy to work with the newest collections from Papericious which has some really good masculine tones.
Warning - It's a picture heavy post.

Here's a look at the card pouch :

Here's how it looks when opened up :

I have embellished the insides using pattern papers from the Mi Estilo collection. The bow-tie & sentiment have been fussy-cut from the Gentleman pack. (The papers used here are all from Papericious)

As you can see, it has two pockets and can hold 4 X 4 inch notecards with coordinating envelopes and also there is enough space to hold a candy bar of your choice.

The note-card & coordinating envelope :

The trio together!

The back side of the pouch :

Here's the tutorial on how to create this :

TUTORIAL

Step 1 - Take a 12 X 5" piece of cardstock and score at 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 inches.

Step 2 - To create the inside pockets, take TWO pieces of 2 3/4 inches X 5 3/4 inches piece of cardstock.

Step 3 - Score at 1/4 inch TWICE on three sides of this cardstock and fold it to form the pocket. Cut out the two squares on the sides to help create a crisp pocket-fold.

Step 4 - To create handles of the card pouch, you can either use any punch of your choice or a die, I have used Spellbinders Label 4 to create my handles.

After die-cutting the handle looks like this :

Step 5 - To further embellish the handles, create a frame using the same die set. I have distressed it using Hickory Smoke Distress ink. ( I have used the Papericious Craft Sheet & Ink Blending Tool )

Step 6 - To embellish the front & back of the pouch, I have used different pattern papers from Mi Estilo and the Gentleman pack.

The Note card and the co-ordinating envelope were also made using these papers.

For the pouch, I die-cut a scalloped border panel using papers from the Mi Estilo collection and layered it with another paper from the same collection. I then made a handmade flower again die-cut using papers from the Mi Estilo pack. Added few leaves, filler flowers and the sentiment, and my bag was ready :)

For the note-card, I have used die-cuts from the Infinity Collection. I have used three different pattern papers from the Mi Estilo collection.

For the envelope, I have again used a die-cut from the Infinity pack.

Hope you liked the tutorial and give it a try. I would love to hear your views on it :)

Linking this to Eclectic Ellapu- Gifts, Challenge up your life- Lace (Have used paper lace on both the gift bag & envelope), Crafty Catz- Anything but square (entering my bag only), Jo's Scrap Shack - 3 colors (Red, Gray and Green), 2 embellishments (2 kinds of filler flowers and enamel dots), 1 technique- Die-cutting, Just add ink - Just add P (Pattern papers).

Your'e Sweeter than Jelly Beans :-)

Hi Friends,
Sharing with  you all today a simple Teacher's Day card for my Son's teacher !! My son is 5 1/2  and I thought this would be a fun card to give to his Teacher :)..Here's a look at it first :-

I had seen these three dimensional apples on Pinterest....And really liked the idea a lot...Those twigs are real and the apples are made using a circle punch and  the leaves are punched and  trimmed...This card is so unlike my style !!..And  I think I really struggled with this ....I kind of felt like adding some layers to it :P..But I was sure that I only wanted a Black BG as it contrasted very well with those apples!!..So this is what I ended up with ....Would love your feedback and suggestions on this one :)

Supplies used :-
Black CS- Fabriano Elle erre !
Apples -Elle Erre !
Punches -Circle Punch and Jef leaf Punch
Alphas-Webster's pages {Botanical Christmas collection}
