Spellbinders March 2020 Clubs Inspiration Blog Hop

Hello, crafty friends!
I'm happy and honoured to be joining Spellbinders for the March 2020 Clubs Inspiration Blog Hop today. If you arrived here from the lovely, Varada Sharma's Blog, then you are on the right track. If this is your first stop, then you will want to start at the beginning, the Spellbinders Blog. We've got tons of inspiration and giveaways for you on the hop today, so keep reading till the end of this post for more information.

For my card today, I have used the Amazing Paper Grace 'Elegant Infinity' Die Set.

I love stretching my supplies for various projects, which is why, I decided to try something new this time and create a 'Slimline Card'. These are quite in trend now, and what better than combining it with the exquisite dies from Amazing Paper Grace? I am really happy I gave this a shot!

To create my card, I first die cut a few different die designs from the Elegant Infinity Set from White Cardstock using my Spellbinders Platinum 6" Machine. I also die cut the two corner dies from White Cardstock and Gold Mirror Cardstock. I adhered the die cut pieces on my Card Panel and started working on my main floral composition.

Did you notice how I offset the corner die cut pieces cut from White & Gold Mirror Cardstock? It's a technique I love doing on my cards, specially for such layered card designs. It adds a very pretty touch!

For my focal, I created a floral cluster using both handmade as well as store bought fillers and flowers. The little pink roses on the bottom are created using the flower dies included in the Die Set.
I stamped my sentiment on different strips of White Cardstock and tucked them to the side of the floral cluster. I also added some ribbon along the left side of the card to balance the design. Finally, I adhered my panel to a sturdy Card Base and my card was done!

Happy Birthday | Card

Hello everyone!
This is my second post for the day. To view my first post, please click HERE.

I made this card keeping in mind a couple of challenges from Winnie and Walter's World Card Making Day challenges. This card features some of my favourite Winnie and Walter products. I have been in absolute love with the In Bloom: Maggie's Roses Cutaways die for as long as I can remember, and I finally got my hands on this set last year, but wasn't able to use it till now. I'm so happy to finally get a chance to use it!

To create this card, I first started by die cutting my card panel using the scalloped frame die from the Essentials: Audrey's Cutaways. Next, I die cut the roses and leaves from In Bloom: Maggie's Roses Cutaways and lightly ink blended them using dye inks from Altenew. I did some stenciling on the background using the Scenery: Do You See What I See? Creative Screenings to add some more interest to my card.

I created my own sentiment by using sentiments from two different stamp sets: In a Word: Happy and The Big, the Bold and Party. All that was needed to complete this card were black ink paint splatters and few clear sequins, and my card was finished.

I am entering this card in the following challenges by Winnie and Walter:
Ink Blending Challenge with Lea
Dress Up Your Die Cuts Challenge with Gayatri (I've done ink blending on the die cut roses and leaves)
Stamp Images Mash Up Challenge with Jessica
Number Cruncher Challenge with Keren (I have added two flowers as my focal, six sequins, and eight leaves on my card so all my elements are in even numbers)
Lucky 7 Limit Challenge with Shay - My lucky 7 goes like this: 2 stamp sets + 2 die sets + 3 tools (blending tools, die cutting machine, adhesive)

I hope you enjoyed seeing this card. If you did, please let me know! I would love to hear your thoughts on this one.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

HI FRIENDS,
Today I am posting a  Birthday card in a style which is quite unlike my usual work ,but once I started making this card it seems the elements just fell into place ,so without further ado a look at my Card First:

And now adding some more detailed pictures of the Card below:

My pic's have not come out well this time I  feel the colors in real life look much softer than shown here but I seem to be having some problem with my camera too ....hope it gets resolved soon...anyways  a little bit about my card now .The DP used is bought locally and I  have used MS punch to create the paper lace those cute flower embellies  on the lace   are from Pie Lane which Snehal had sent me in her Candy and the pink flowers used in the corner are from Priya's candy ,the Tag is made from Fabriano Brustro and have stamped the flowers using clear stamps from The Paper Company and inked with HobbyIdeas pretty color ink.the butterfly is from Itsy Bitsy and I have stamped the dots on it and covered it with glitter glue from Hobby Ideas, the rhinestones are from my stash,I have stamped the sentiment on vellum using clear stamp and ink from Rubber Stampede and the ribbon on the tag is from my stash as well.

A BIRTHDAY CARD FOR A TEEN....

Hi  Friends,
Today I am posting a card which I made at the request of my friend's daughter who wanted to give it to her Friend for her 17th birthday, she had a few Specification's  for it  and asked Me to make a card in Shades of Blue with the words "Smart 17 ''written on it .So here is what I created, have a look First:
And now Showing you some close up of the Flower's and the Dress Form:

        And now for the Flower's:
Now a little bit about my card ,when I started to make this Card I was stuck for Idea's  and kept  trying out various things until I came upon this Card by Vicky from the Blog clips and cuts  and then I had a starting point for my card, That is the Dress form and I hand drew the Silhoutte shape  and Cut it and Distressed the edges with Memento Ink (Rich Cocoa)and made the Skirt with a 1 inch Satin ribbon in white and placed a dotted ribbon and  a strip of Glitter  on the skirt . I made the string  around the neck with Pie Lane Glitter Balls and for the top I  cut a piece of Blue (DCWV)CS and stuck it to the Silhoutte shape,I used the Itsy Bitsy Alphabets to form the Word "smart" and the 17 is from Glittered number stickers from Itsy Bitsy and  placed on punched out heart  I decorated the alphabet tiles with some punched flowers and also framed the dress form with some Itsy Bitsy flowers in shades of blue and light yellow The Flourishes are from Pie Lane, the DP is from K&C Company and the edges are punched using Fiskar's 3 in 1 corner punches the base CS is from Hobby Ideas.
That's about it from me.  If you have any questions or doubts do let me know and will try to help you out. Please do drop in a line to let me know if you liked my card. Have a Nice Day Everyone:)
