Spellbinders + Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month | September 2019

Hello, crafty friends!
It's been a while since I posted on my blog! I have been MIA for the past few weeks due to my son's examinations, but I do have some posts coming up later this month, so I hope you will stop by and check those out. :)

I have a Card to share today featuring the Spellbinders + Amazing Paper Grace September Die of the Month. This month's Snip It Flowers Die Set is perfect for making gorgeous cards, gift boxes, and more!

If you want to find out more about the Club – prices, how you sign up and what’s included, please look ——–> HERE. These dies are only available through the Club and are limited to the month of September, so hurry before they are sold out. There is also an inspirational PDF that you can download HERE that shows you many ways to use the die.

I have created a Card using this die set. This is the first time I have used a die like such to create my entire card front! The die is so intricate and pretty and I am in love with it! Here's a look at my card:

The Snip It Flowers Die Set is very feminine and pretty looking, and so, I decided to create a birthday card with soft Foamiran flowers.

To create it, I first die cut the entire card front using the die. Then, I cut out rectangle frames  using the A2 Matting Basics B Card Creator Etched Dies so that I could attach it to my card base and have it as an delicate overlay for my card front. I die cut two of these frames to attach it to the front and the back side of the die cut panel, thus creating my card front. To create the back of my card, I took a piece of Cream Cardstock measuring 6 3/4 inches by 4 1/2 inches and scored it at a quarter inch on the long side to create a fold, so that it would enable me to attach the front of my card panel to it.

For the sentiment panel, I die cut a decorative oval frame from the Nestabilities Radiant Rectangles Etched Dies, and stamped my sentiment in the center. I love mixing and matching my dies, and this particular die from Spellbinders has been a forever fave!

The flowers are made using Foamiran sheets. I die cut the petals using the Candlewick Rosebud Etched Dies, and then used an embossing tool to shape them. I also inked the centres and added pollens to give them some definition. The leaves and foliage are also from the same die set. This is another very pretty die set which I can see myself using over and over again!

Here's my final card! The delicate floral background makes everything stand out for me!
