Hi everyone,
I know it's been a very long time since I posted anything on my blog. I was on a break + I find it much easier to share new projects on my Facebook and Instagram pages these days.
Anyways, I wanted to start this post by sharing some very happy news! I have been selected to be a part of the wonderful Honey Bee Stamps Social Media Design team. Wohoo, I'm so excited :) I'm here to share my cards I created for my first post.
This is the first card I created with grey watercolored stripes.
Second card with yellow stripes.
I have kept the card design same for both of them, I just changed the colour of the background stripes. To start with, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Honey Bee Stamps Country Blooms stamp and then used the coordinating die set for cutting the flowers and foliage. I coloured them using my Zig Clean Colour Real Brush markers. Next, I die-cut a circle using the Stitched Circles die by Gina Marie Designs. The white frames on the card base have been cut using the Double Stitched A2 Rectangle Frame die which is also by Honey Bee Stamps. I ink blended the circles using Tumbled Glass Distress ink and stamped the sentiment from the HBS Happy Everything set. Finally I adhered few sequins from the Spring Mix and added black paint splatters to finish off my cards. What do you think? Which is your favourite. I would love to hear :)
That's it from my side today! I hope you like my cards. If you do , don't forget to leave me a comment!
