    yes i know all this lovely goodies ,the simply beautiful paper cutouts and gorgeous flowers are all part of the scrapbooking kit which kavitha has sent as a prize for winning on her comment post which took place for her blogoversary celebration.i really want to thank kavitha for her generous gift i am simply bowled away with all the items  that i recevied today  and what's more   these celebration still continue in her blog with various challenges and a lovely blog candy too so please do visit her blog here.                   

A QUILLED SUNFLOWER.

HI friends Today I am posting  Another Card and again its a Quilled Card just have a look:

  This  is a Quilled Sunflower card and I am entering this card for Two Challenges, One is the ICR challenge where the Theme is Dhink Chak and I have derived the Inspiration for this Card from the Bright Flowers of this time theme,and for the hand made embellishment i have made this quilled flower, the Second challenge in which I am entering this card is Kavitha's Celebration challenge (4) where Anita has asked us to make a handmade flower which can be used on a card or scrapbook or a box.
Hope my card qualifies for both these challenges.In meantime here's a close up of the quilled flower.

QUILLED CARD.

HI  friends today i am posting my first card have a look.
                   

          This is a quilled card and i have cased this card based on the design of Karthika Sen's Card  and i am entering this card for Kavithas challenge here.Now a little bit about this card ,this one was a bit tough for me to do because firstly i have never done cards and this is my first attempt and secondly i had to case this card based on any indian blogger so it was a bit difficult as the choices were numerous and i got confused so finally i went with karthika's  card as her designs are so sophisticated  and at the same time simple and elegant.Hope i did justice to her work.

MY FIRST 3D QUILLING

HI all this time i have made a 3d quilling basket.

                        

                           

                            
      So this is my baskets whose inspiration i had got from the flickr photos of quiiling.I think this does not require much explanation,this basket is made using the quilling couch and i have added a quilled flower to it. As u all see the above blue one is with a handle which is made using craft scissore and the below basket was my first practice run. Hope u guys like it.

SOME MORE GIFT TAGS.

HI everyone so today i have posted some more gift tags which i had made yesterday and i have used stamping for the first time.here just have a look first...

                    

    OK guys due to some mistake in clicking the photos one is horizontal and other vertical sorry for it.
                            I am really excited to tell u guys about these tags because this is my first attempt at stamping ,do u see those pretty flowers above they have been stamped using hobby ideas stamps and the ink is rubber stampede [the multi mini color pads].And you guys will never believe this but i have colored the stamped images with faber castell highlighters and i really liked the out come so what say u all? is it good should i start with the baby steps i have taken in stamping ,am i any good.Let me know through your comments.
                             And finally i have decorated the tags with what else but quilled flowers of course,aren't they pretty.I have written the sentiments using a stencil and distressed the edges with inks. Hope u all like this.

GIFT TAGS.

Hi friends today i wanted to show you all some gift tags i have made recently. Have a look first.

                         

   I have used both quilling and punching in the above tags and i wanted to draw your attention to the  paper which i have used for my background this time, its been embossed with an tulip pattern jef embosser isn't it pretty.The cream flower above is made with a circle punch and i have inked the edges with an pink color ink.The dark pink flower is made using a 5 petal flower punch and have quilled the leaves around it ,the last tag is made entirely with different quilled flowers  which i had in my stash for some time and wanted to use it .

This time i got this award from an another blogger friend creative thinker of CREATIVE CREATIONS.she has been recently been introduced to me and i have become a big fan of her quilling,she is also a great baker and her creations look very tempting too.
